I was randomly bored on facebook.
So I decided to snoop around and see if there was anything interesting.
Did you know that Facebook hides all the messages you get that aren’t from your “friends”?

I checked to see if there was anyone trying to contact me.
A name popped up that made me gasp.

It was my best friend from primary school.
About 20 years ago.
(Holy heck, I actually wrote those words!)

What an interesting life she has lead.
Loads of travelling.
Was engaged.
Smokes. (dude, whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?)
Lives at home.
Hates cats. (Eeep!)

That being said, I enjoy her no-bull attitude.
She still swears a lot.
But not as bad as when we were in primary school.
Yes.
Not as bad.

We exchanged numbers and talked on the phone for hours!
It was just like old times.

The only issue is that she reminds me of a guy I was talking to a few months back.
And he was annoying as frick.
I got rid of him because I realised that I didn’t want that kind of person in my life.

I hope this doesn’t go the same way.
